Metrics

Two KPIs appear at the top of the page:
MetricWhat it measures
Support tickets savedThe number of customer-initiated edits and cancellations that would otherwise have been support tickets
Support hours savedThe estimated team time saved, based on the support tickets saved
Hover the info icon next to each metric in the app to see the exact calculation.

Filter by date range

Use the Start date and End date pickers at the top of the page to narrow the view. The metrics and chart update to show activity within your selected range.

Chart

The chart plots edit and cancellation activity over time, giving you a visual sense of when customers use Editr most. Activity often spikes around sale periods or new product launches.
