The Contact support block renders as a button in the manage order menu. Use it to give customers a route to your team for requests Editr can’t handle automatically.

The Support page URL and Support email address fields only appear based on the Button action you select.

Where it appears

The Contact support block is available on the Orders and Order status target. Once added, it renders on both the Order status page and the Orders index in customer accounts.
