Contact support block - Scayla Help Center

The Contact support block renders as a button in the manage order menu. Use it to give customers a route to your team for requests Editr can’t handle automatically.

Settings

Setting	Description	Default value
Button text	The label shown on the button. Leave blank to use “Contact support"	"Contact support”
Button action	Whether clicking sends customers to a URL or opens an email
Support page URL	The page customers are sent to when action is URL
Support email address	The address customers email when action is email

The Support page URL and Support email address fields only appear based on the Button action you select.

Where it appears

The Contact support block is available on the Orders and Order status target. Once added, it renders on both the Order status page and the Orders index in customer accounts.
