Customer notifications use your existing Shopify email templates to notify customers when their order changes. Currently, only order cancellation notifications are supported.

Turn on notifications

Open Editr settings

From your Editr admin, go to Settings.

Find the Customer notifications section

Scroll to the Customer notifications section.

Select notifications

Check the box next to each notification you want to send.

Save

Save your settings.

Edit your email templates

Editr uses your store’s existing notification templates, so you can customize them alongside all your other Shopify notifications. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Notifications → Customer notifications, and edit the Order cancelled template.
