Refund options
Choose how customers are refunded when they cancel or reduce their order value.
When a customer cancels their order or reduces its value through Editr, the refund is processed automatically. You choose whether that refund goes back to the original payment method or is issued as store credit.
Original payment method is fairest for customers and mirrors standard refund behavior. Use this unless you have a specific reason not to.
Store credit keeps revenue within your store. Useful if you already run a store credit program and your customers are familiar with it.
