Scayla uses your contact email for account-related communication, such as important product updates, security notices, or service disruptions. Keep it current so you don’t miss anything important. This email is separate from any support email you configure on the Contact support block. The contact email is for Scayla to reach you as the merchant, not for customers to reach your support team.

Change your contact email

Open Editr settings

From your Editr admin, go to Settings.

Find the General section

Scroll to the General section at the top of the page.

Update the Contact email field

Enter the new email address.

Save

Save your settings.
After changing the email, verify the new address so notifications are delivered correctly.
