Chat with us by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of Editr. If someone’s not around, we’ll get back to you via email.

If you prefer email, write to us at support@scayla.io.

What to include in your request

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Where possible, include:
  • Describe the issue. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.
  • Share your store URL. Send us your .myshopify.com URL to help us diagnose quickly.
  • Include the order number if the issue is related to a specific order.
  • Add screenshots of the relevant settings or error messages.
