# Manage your subscription

> Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Redirect Pro subscription

## Your current plan

View your active plan and usage:

    From your Shopify admin, open the **Redirect Pro** app.

  <Step title="Go to Settings">
    Click **Settings** in the app navigation menu where your current plan is displayed:

    * Plan name (Free, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise)
    * Monthly tracked visits quota
    * Current usage this month

## Available plans

All plans include access to 301 redirects, redirect rules, broken link tracking, bulk import, and analytics. Plans differ by a quota of tracked visits each month.

## Change your plan

Increase your tracked visits quota or access Enterprise features by upgrading.

  <Step title="Open Redirect Pro">
    From your Shopify admin, open the **Redirect Pro** app.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to Billing">
    Click **Billing** in the app navigation menu.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select new plan">
    Choose your desired plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).

    Choose billing frequency:

    * **Monthly**: Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime
    * **Annual**: Get 2 months free, billed once per year
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm upgrade">
    Click **Activate plan**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

**What happens after changing plan:**

* New quota takes effect immediately
* You're charged a prorated amount for the current billing period
* Future billing uses the new plan price
* All existing data and redirects remain intact

<Warning>
  If you downgrade and your usage exceeds the new quota limit, features will pause when your new billing period starts. Review your usage before downgrading.
</Warning>

## Cancel your subscription

You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time to cancel your subscription.
