We're here to help you get the most out of Editr. If you've checked the guides and troubleshooting pages and still need a hand, reach out.

## How to reach us

### In-app chat

Chat with us by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of Editr. If someone's not around, we'll get back to you via email.

### Email

If you prefer email, write to us at **[support@scayla.io](mailto:support@scayla.io)**.

## What to include in your request

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Where possible, include:

* **Describe the issue.** Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.
* **Share your store URL.** Send us your .myshopify.com URL to help us diagnose quickly.
* **Include the order number** if the issue is related to a specific order.
* **Add screenshots** of the relevant settings or error messages.

## Feedback and feature requests

* Have a suggestion? Submit feature requests or general feedback through the in-app chat or by emailing us.
