# Analytics overview

> Track how much time and how many support tickets Editr has saved your team.

The Analytics page quantifies the value Editr delivers to your store by tracking how customer self-service is reducing your team's support workload.

## Metrics

Two KPIs appear at the top of the page:

| Metric                | What it measures                                                                                        |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Support tickets saved | The number of customer-initiated edits and cancellations that would otherwise have been support tickets |
| Support hours saved   | The estimated team time saved, based on the support tickets saved                                       |

Hover the info icon next to each metric in the app to see the exact calculation.

## Filter by date range

Use the **Start date** and **End date** pickers at the top of the page to narrow the view. The metrics and chart update to show activity within your selected range.

## Chart

The chart plots edit and cancellation activity over time, giving you a visual sense of when customers use Editr most. Activity often spikes around sale periods or new product launches.
