# Edit order banner

> Prompt customers on the Thank You page to edit their order if they need to.

The **Edit order banner** renders on the Thank You page immediately after checkout. Use it to signal to customers that mistakes can still be fixed, reducing panic tickets when someone realizes they picked the wrong size.

## Settings

| Setting             | Description                                                                         |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Heading text        | The headline shown on the banner                                                    |
| Description         | Supporting text beneath the heading                                                 |
| Button label        | The call-to-action text                                                             |
| Show time left      | Toggle to display a countdown of the remaining editing window                       |
| Unavailable message | Copy shown when the order can't be edited, for example when blocked by restrictions |

## Where it appears

The Edit order banner is available on the Thank You page only. Position it independently by dragging it in the theme editor.
