# Contact support block

> Show customers a button to reach your support team from the Order status and Order index pages.

The **Contact support** block renders as a button in the manage order menu. Use it to give customers a route to your team for requests Editr can't handle automatically.

## Settings

| Setting               | Description                                                         | Default value     |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------- |
| Button text           | The label shown on the button. Leave blank to use "Contact support" | "Contact support" |
| Button action         | Whether clicking sends customers to a URL or opens an email         |                   |
| Support page URL      | The page customers are sent to when action is URL                   |                   |
| Support email address | The address customers email when action is email                    |                   |

The **Support page URL** and **Support email address** fields only appear based on the Button action you select.

## Where it appears

The Contact support block is available on the **Orders and Order status** target. Once added, it renders on both the Order status page and the Orders index in customer accounts.
